1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer and trading combination company.
2.What kind of the certification do you have?
ISO9001:2015, SGS, REACH, ROHS, Material Certification, QC test report...
3.Which standard of products could you provide?
ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN, EN, GB, IFI, ISO, JIS, KS, NF, UNI, etc.
4.Could I get free samples?
Yes, free samples can be provided and the freight should be paid by buyer.
5.Could you customized non-standard products?
Yes, product can be customized per your chart (or sample) or according to customer’s request.
6.What kind of the materials can you provide?
Aluminum, alloy steel, brass, carbon steel, nylon, PPS, spring steel, stainless steel, Teflon, titanium, etc.
7.What kind of the surface treatment can you make?
Anodizing, black oxide, bronze coated, cadmium plated, chrome plated, dacromet coated, hot-dipped galvanized, nickel plated, oiled, painting, passivated, phosphate, plain, silver-plated, tin-plated, zinc plated, etc.
8.What is the MOQ?
For the goods in stock , the MOQ can be lower, custom parts according to the details of fasteners.
9.What is your terms of payment?
Full payment of 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
T/T、credit card、paypal are available.
10.What’s the delivery time?
For products in stock, we can ship it within 3 days after payment received. For custom order, within 24 tons, production time is 20-35 days after confirmed every details.
11.What about the packing?
Our normal packing is bulking in cartons, 25 kgs/carton, 36 cartons pallet or as per customers request.
12.Express & Shipping?
DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS, SF-Express, etc.
13.What about the warranty?
We provide good quality products and pack them very well to make sure the goods in well protection.Please check the goods once received. If there is any transport damaged or quality issue, please take pictures in detail and contact us as soon as possible, we will deal with it asap.
14.Do you offer nylon patch services?
