Conflict minerals refer to tin (SN), tantalum (TA), tungsten (W) and gold (AU) from the conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo or neighboring countries Because the conflict area is controlled by non-governmental armed groups, illegal mining and human rights iolations are caused.
Section 1502 of the financial reform act of Dodd Frank Wall Street reform and consumer protection law published in the United States regulates the source of conflict minerals in products.
Sata Metalware has made reasonable efforts to require our suppliers to meet the requirements of conflict free minerals. Sata Metalware requires all suppliers to conduct reasonable due diligence on their respective supply chains, not to purchase and not use conflict minerals from the conflict areas in the Democratic Republic of Congo or neighboring countries, so as to ensure that there are no conflict minerals in the materials provided by the suppliers to Sata Metalware.
